About HospoHub & how we pick tools

HospoHub helps hotel, restaurant, bar, B&B, rental and venue operators find AI tools by the problem they need to solve.

Our mission

We help hospitality businesses (hotels, restaurants, bars, B&Bs, rentals and venues) save time and earn more by finding and using the right AI tools, starting with our own.

Our vision

We aim to become the go-to place for AI in hospitality: a trusted directory plus a HospoHub-built app for every major problem.

What gets listed

A real, currently available product with its own official website.
It uses AI/automation to solve a specific, recognisable hospitality problem (missed calls, reviews, pricing, guest messages, upselling, events, social content, staffing, food cost…).
It is marketed to, or clearly usable by, hospitality businesses.

How we verify

We read the vendor’s own website: name, URL, what it does, who it’s for.
Pricing is shown only when the vendor publishes it; otherwise “Contact for pricing”.
Every listing shows the date it was last checked. We never invent tools, prices or popularity figures.

Editor’s picks

The home-page carousel shows the top tools in each problem area, led by an editor’s pick chosen for clear hospitality focus and breadth of features. Each slide links to the full category. Those picks are not a popularity ranking and are not for sale. The first card is a labelled advertise placement.

Sponsorship

One sponsor per category, shown as the first card and labelled “Sponsored”. Sponsorship does not change search ranking, editor’s picks or guide recommendations. Our own product, ReplyHost, is labelled “Our product”. The offer is on the advertise page.

Images

Tool logos and preview images come from each vendor’s own website and are used only to identify the product. Problem icons are our own. See image credits.
