HospoHub is an independent directory of hand-checked AI tools for hotels, restaurants, bars, B&Bs, rentals and venues. We group listings by the problem they solve, not by marketing buzzwords. We also publish guides and a free newsletter.

HospoHub is for people who run hotels, restaurants, bars, B&Bs, short-term rentals and event venues and are comparing AI tools for a real job, such as missed calls, reviews, pricing, guest messages, staffing or events. If you make a tool for those businesses, you can submit it to be listed.

We hand-check every tool before it is listed. It has to be a real, currently available product with its own website, it has to use AI or automation for a specific hospitality problem, and it has to be marketed to or clearly usable by hospitality businesses. We read the vendor’s own website for the name, the URL, what it does and who it is for. We show pricing only when the vendor publishes it; otherwise the listing says “Contact for pricing”. Every listing shows the date we last checked it. We never invent tools, prices or popularity figures. Editor’s picks are one tool per problem area, chosen for a clear hospitality focus and breadth of features. They are not a popularity ranking and they are not for sale. Yes for readers. Browsing the directory and guides is free, the newsletter is free, and ReplyHost is free to use with no sign-up. Basic listings are free for now: if a tool solves a real hospitality problem and has public information we can verify, we list it at no charge. Sponsored placements are paid and sit apart from a basic listing.

Yes. ReplyHost is built by HospoHub. It drafts a reply to a Google, TripAdvisor, Yelp, Booking.com or Airbnb review in the browser. It is free, it needs no sign-up, and nothing pasted into it is sent to us. In the directory we label it “Our product”. ReplyHost Pro (bulk replies, a saved brand voice and posting to Google) is not available yet; the ReplyHost page has a waitlist.

One sponsor per category, shown as the first card and labelled “Sponsored”. The first 10 companies pay $249 USD a month for the first 6 months from go-live, then $499 USD a month. It is monthly and you can cancel any time. We email at least 30 days before the price changes. Billing starts when the listing goes live, and you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of that date. Paying does not change our independent listings, editor’s picks or guide recommendations. No. A basic listing is not a paid rank. Sponsored spots sit in fixed ad slots and are always labelled “Sponsored”. They do not change search ranking, editor’s picks or which tools we recommend in guides. You cannot pay to remove or edit an independent listing.

We use newsletter email addresses only to send HospoHub updates. You can unsubscribe anytime. Use the unsubscribe link in any email, or email hospohub.ai@gmail.com. The starter-kit form also adds the address to the newsletter, and it says so on the form. Review text pasted into ReplyHost stays in the browser and is not sent to us.
